We recently decided to reconfigure our bathroom and chose Utopia Interiors (Newark) Ltd - and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. Working with Ryan on the design was an absolute pleasure. His experience really shone through; he understood my ideas and vision immediately and created the perfect layout for our space. He also guided us brilliantly through choosing fittings, tiles, and flooring, helping us stay within budget while still adding those little luxuries we didn’t even know we needed,The installation itself was a dream. Darren was fantastic - professional, friendly and always punctual. At the end of each day the working area was left neat and tidy, which made such a difference. Throughout the refit he regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with the progress. Hid tiling work is outstanding, and his attention to detail is clear in teh final result which is a stunning bathroom that works perfectly for our family.We are so pleased with the service and craftsmanship that we’re already planning a remodel of our en-suite, downstairs toilet and utility room with them. Nothing is too much trouble for Utopia! Top quality customer service and always friendly and helpful. Just had my new laundry installed and it looks amazing. Some last plumbing bits to finish but so happy with the what has been achieved, the quality and the looks. Adam did a fantastic job of designing and making the most of the space. He made the process such a simple one. Any issues are dealt with quickly and thoroughly. Thank you also to Liz for her time and effort to make things work as they should.

Early in 2025, we decided to totally change our bathroom which is small, felt cramped and looked outdated. After searches on the Internet, many visits to showrooms and having had three quotations from Companies that failed to impress us with their designs we decided to look further afield. We had already noted that "Utopia" in Newark was a stockist of bathroom items that we very much liked but, unfortunately, we live just outside of their working zone.On that basis, we decided to ask if they could provide us with a plan for our bathroom. In March 2025, Ryan (Showroom Director) arrived at our home and we were immediately struck with how friendly and polite he was. He listened and took on board our ideas and wishes for the new bathroom. A few days later we received his plans and we were delighted with what he had designed for us. We contacted Ryan and told him that this was exactly what we were looking for and that we would love to have Utopia do the installation for us, even though we knew that we were a couple of miles outside their work zone. Ryan, consulted his fitter (Darren) who said that it would not be a problem for him to travel daily to our home as he did not live too far from us.We visited the Utopia showroom in April to meet with Ryan again in order to choose from their wide range of fittings. Ryan was so very helpful and made suggestions to enhance the final layout of our new bathroom. A date was set for work to commence in October 2025.It was well worth the wait. Darren was friendly, polite and obviously takes great pride in his work. He made suggestions to get around the problems of working on our old property that had unusual plumbing. He checked with us whenever he had ideas that would maximise the space in our bathroom or would enhance appearance and function e.g. 3 similarly sized recesses instead of 1 small and 1 large. He always ensured that at the end of the day he had left everything clean and tidy. He was meticulous and did an exceptional job. Our new bathroom is better than we could have imagined. We have no hesitation in recommending "Utopia Interior Bathrooms" in Newark.Thank you so much Ryan and Darren for coming up trumps when we were beginning to give up hope on finding a Company that not only fully understood our requests but was able to enable our dreams to become a reality – your Company name of “Utopia” is well-justified!

I cannot praise Utopia Newark enough. From start to finish their service was first class. Any problems encountered were sorted immediately with no fuss, which shows what an excellent company they are. In this day and age it is refreshing to find a company that puts its customers first even after the purchase and instillations are all completed.
